Termination Notice

  • No notice is required for the termination of the employment contract during the probationary period.  
  • The required period of termination notice is one month.  It is common to pay a terminated employee one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
  • In case of expiration of the term of a fixed-term employment contract, if the parties do not take any action within one month after the date of expiration, then the employment contract shall be deemed to be extended with the same terms and conditions.
