Pension Rights for the Employees of NGOs and Private Sector Employers

The Regulation on Managing Pension Right of Employees of NGOs and Private Sector Employers obligates the private sector and non-governmental institutions to annually pay an extra month’s salary to their employees. To receive the pension rights, an employee has to fulfill the following qualifications:

  1. Completing the age of sixty-five
  2. Completion of 40 years of service
  3. Death, disability related to work, or continued illness preventing the employee from performing the work
  4. Dissolution of the organization under such circumstances that the employee will not work for the next five years
  5. Conviction to imprisonment
