The Regulation on Managing Pension Right of Employees of NGOs and Private Sector Employers obligates the private sector and non-governmental institutions to annually pay an extra month’s salary to their employees. To receive the pension rights, an employee has to fulfill the following qualifications:
- Completing the age of sixty-five
- Completion of 40 years of service
- Death, disability related to work, or continued illness preventing the employee from performing the work
- Dissolution of the organization under such circumstances that the employee will not work for the next five years
- Conviction to imprisonment
