If approval of the selection of the preferred bidder is given by the Ministry of Finance (MoF), the entity shall:

• Enter into negotiations with the preferred bidder to the extent identified in the Request for Proposals and to the permitted extent;
• Where applicable, update and finalize the public-private partnership agreement to reflect the preferred bidder’s final bid or negotiations with the preferred bidder; and
• Submit the updated and finalized public-private partnership agreement to the Central PPP Unit for review and to obtain the approval of Cabinet to the award of the public-private partnership agreement.
