The Public-Private Partnership Law was enacted pursuant to Articles 9(2) and 10 of the Constitution. This Law entered into force on 14/06/1397 (September 05, 2018) and was published in Official Gazette No. 1322.
Amendment to the Public Private Partnership Law
The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Law was amended through Presidential Legislative Decree dated September 3, 2020. Based on the amendments, the Central Partnership Authority (CPA) will function under the Administrative Office of the President (AOP), Previously, the CPA functioned under the Ministry of Finance.
