Khalid Wardak works with Kakar Advocates as a Legal Consultant where he advises national and international clients regarding labor, commercial, civil, and criminal matters, registration and closure of non-profit organizations, business registration, share transfer, business dissolution, and business mergers.
Khalid has more than ten years of experience in litigation and legal advisory and represented clients before Afghan courts and tribunals. He remains in close coordination with different ministries/departments in Afghanistan to keep clients up-to-date on changes in legal trends and procedures for acquisition of different approvals/permissions and licenses.
Khalid is a registered defense lawyer with the Afghanistan Independence Bar Association (AIBA). Previously, Khalid has worked with top ranking law firms.
Khalid holds a master’s degree in private law from Kateb University, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Shaikh Zayed University, and a Diploma from the National Legal Training Center of Kabul University.
