Mr. Sikandary holds a certificate in Foundation in Accountancy from the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.

Mr. Sikandary has worked for the Tax Department of KPMG Afghanistan- Afghan Express as a Licensee of FedEx Corporation. He controlled 15 stations of FedEx throughout Afghanistan for their revenue and expenses. Mr. Sikandary has later worked with Wasel Telecom as Taxation & Payable Executive, where he worked in the Taxes and Payables division.
