The current limits on cash withdrawals remain the same. Individuals can withdraw up to AFN 1,000,000 or USD 15,000 per month. Companies can access up to 20% of their account balance, but no more than AFN 20 million or USD 300,000 per month. SWIFT transfers are now working in limited corridors such as China and some Central Asian countries. These transfers require standard documents like contracts, invoices, business licenses, and tax clearance letters. Transfers to Europe and the U.S. are still not available.
