Previously, Mr. Kakar was the CEO of a construction/concrete business in Kabul, where he supervised about 40 staff members and supervised the financial and administrative aspects of the company. He also successfully negotiated lease agreements for land and developed close working relations with other relevant businesses and many agencies in the Government of Afghanistan and international agencies.

In the US, Mr. Kakar was working as Director of Operation for one of the best local businesses in San Francisco, where he was involved in managing goods of over millions of dollars and was directly supervising over 30 staff members.

Mr. Kakar has studied business administration in the US.
